Double Celebration

It's a fad - twin popsies, buy one take one, MarketMarket, lovelove, ulit ulit! Eveything nowadays should be repeated or multiplied by two. Why not be happy happy and have fun fun today today?

CELEBRANT no.1

It's gueniskay.blogspot.com's birthday today!

I don't have stuff to giveaway cause I'm no showbiz personality, not even a professional blogger. Sorry to disappoint you guys! Let us just wait cause maybe one day I'll get to write more often and learn how to blog properly. Practice makes perfect anyway. Then, sponsors will get me to advertise their products. (*dreaming)

A year ago, I wasn't so sure of this. It was just a random boring night. Being an insomniac that I am, I just tried to look for something to get busy with. It took me until 5am to compose my very 1st entry and was giddy to share it with friends. But now, I don't need to ask them to check it out. My view meter says it all.

Time goes by so fast. Can you believe it? My baby is one year old now. If you reread my first blog Inspired., I supplied three reasons why I decided to put this one up.
1. To practice writing skills. Yes, I took the IELTS for my Australian Nursing Career. And another yes, I passed the exam with flying colors! CHECK!
2. Since the Babe is now gone with the wind, this journal became my shock/extreme emotions absorber. His replacement. CHECK CHECK!
3. I was inspired by an indirect friend. She isn't updating her site as of now. Probably busy with stuff but through her, I am now exposed to the lovely world of blogging. I was able to know more about my favorite bloggers and just casual stuff about travelling, food, weddings, and fashion! CHECK CHECK CHECK!

After a year, I'm grateful for having avid readers for making me more motivated in keeping them updated. It's my pleasure. :)

Celebrant no. 2

Beholden is the right word to describe my feelings right now. It took me 9 long months of waiting. Finally, it has come to an end. Early this morning, I received a phone call from my Aunt. She hailed the good news and asked me to check my mail. I was stoned but smiling! Like this kind of smile. :D

This means Ms. Guendelyn De Castro is now finalizing her papers to fly back to the land down under where Dr. Right is waiting for her. Haha. Seriously, I was upset all week because I felt like the world is turning its back on me. I've been so madrama lately and started to question Him and His plans. Now I know why, He just wanted me to go through one last hell, then it will be heaven at last! Thank you po Papa Jesus! This is an answered prayer and a dream come true (well, getting there). I LOVE YOU! I TRUST YOU! Everything I do, is for Your greater glory!

In celebration, my family had barbecue and my favorite isaw from Holy Angels for dinner. Plus ice cream to cap it off!
